How to get it
A Monk and a Saint (Anca points to Albertus after Echoes of Silenced Bells) finds the broken blade. Forge It Anew: three shards, uriash blacksmith, then a 3-segment undead gauntlet to imbue it. Hotfix 1.0.2 taught that blacksmith how to craft the holy sword.
This is a Brencis weapon, not a Laslea souvenir. Budget several days.
