How to obtain
The exact location and conditions are not yet verified.
Acquisition route
Broken sword → three shards → restoration → tempering → imbued sword.
- Obtain the broken sword through Night Terrors and A Monk and a Saint. Follow the three Forge It Anew shard branches.
- Executive Order continues from its cave to the soldiers’ camp. Confirm the shard pickup before returning to Nareh.
- Restore the sword, then follow the separate tempering objective to obtain its imbued form.
The four materials below the armour route do not replace the sword pieces. Arbiter’s Blade is the associated achievement title, not another weapon master record.

- A Monk and a Saint
- St. Mihai’s sword and Arbiter armour: parts, maps, and the final rituals
Verified map connections
Search the soldiers’ camp after investigating the original cave.
The shard has moved. Search the tent after handling the guards; the initial cave marker is not the pickup.
The armour objective names all four materials and the uriashi blacksmith. The same smith restores Mihai’s sword.
Use the appropriate quest dialogue. Sword tempering and the armour ritual are separate objectives.
The sword’s final ritual objective, beyond the blacksmith restoration.
Bring the restored sword and follow Forge It Anew. This is not the Arbiter armour ritual.
