Romance: Anca, Lacra, Crake

PCGamesN lists three: Anca, Lacra, Crake. Completing a romance is not required to kill Brencis. Completing Lacra or Crake is required for their endings.

Anca
Starts in the prologue if you stay in the rain. Closes after Stronger Than Achilles at the inn near St. Tyna's.
GameSpot fail state: vampire-form Coen, low health, talking to her. She can die. Feed before you visit.
The Font at the end of Achilles is loot vs character, not a romance lock. Method.gg: drink it for Font of Life, destroy it for Ancient Greaves, let her drink for her happiest close. The kiss is the inn, not the ruins.
Lacra
City chain. A Friend Like This from north Svartrau, Vicho, or Ambrus's letter. Night of Horrors is the romance. Midnight Reckoning is The Patricide. GameSpot: those two jobs appear together. Do the kiss first.
Crake
Rebellion chain from The Firebrand in Briar Sloughs. The kiss is on the Manumit jobs. Rise at Dawn is The Knyazmaker and, per PC Gamer, the epilogue flag.

They do not lock. Hunger and ending doors do. Manual save before any job whose tooltip looks like a finale.
